No games, no surprise numbers when the truck shows up. Towing prices depend on a few real things — how far you're going, what kind of vehicle it is, whether it needs winching, and the time of day. So instead of posting numbers that wouldn't fit your situation, we do it the honest way:

Service calls and roadside assistance
Tows you request — breakdowns, no-starts, transport, winch-outs — are quoted upfront by phone. Roadside services like jump starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery follow a simple formula: a flat service-call fee that covers our whole core area, plus mileage if you are farther out, plus materials like fuel at pump price. Impounds and nonconsensual tows: rates set by the state
If your vehicle was towed at the request of law enforcement or removed from private property — not at your request — the fees are not set by us. Maximum rates for nonconsensual towing, recovery, and storage in Louisiana are prescribed by the Louisiana Public Service Commission, which reviews and updates its rate schedule annually.
What that means for you:
- The towing, recovery, and daily storage charges on your invoice follow the state's prescribed rate schedule.
- Your invoice is itemized line by line, so you can see exactly how each charge was calculated.
- You have the right to file a complaint about nonconsensual towing charges with the Louisiana Public Service Commission at lpsc.louisiana.gov.

Your actual itemized invoice may include other schedule items where they apply: winching/recovery charges, a fuel surcharge of 3–16% on the towing portion (set by current diesel prices), or an administrative fee (up to $36 in-state) if a stored-vehicle report has been filed. Retrieving personal items from your vehicle is free during normal business hours.
